I cook for one or two and do have some small cast iron that cooks better than any thing else but my problem is having an electric stove. Electric has never worked well with my cast iron.

Chicken marsala, roast potatoes, brussel sprouts with parmesan cheese. Might be the best marsala I have ever made.
That looks delicious and something my hubby would love. Recipe please? Sorry but I'm not a natural cook and depend on such...hubby on the other hand can whip something up without recipes.
